Suresh Kumar Sharma, Minister Of Urban Development and Housing Department in Bihar government, shared a poster of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) with an image of a flyover. The poster said that 17,554 streets lights have been installed in Muzaffarpur. “Have worked, will work, we will develop Muzaffarpur. (काम किया है, काम करेंगे, मुजफ्फरपुर का विकास करेंगे |)” – wrote Kumar in the post shared on both Twitter and Facebook.
RHS flyover in Hyderabad
A simple reverse-image search throws up multiple reports that say the image represents RHS flyover at Bairamalguda junction, Hyderabad inaugurated by Telangana Minister K Taraka Rama Rao (KTR) on August 10, 2020.
KTR had tweeted about the inauguration on August 9 and shared a set of four images including the one in BJP’s poster.

A picture of a newly-inaugurated flyover in Hyderabad was shared by Bihar minister Suresh Kumar Sharma as Bihar. In 2018, Ahmedabad Major Bijal Patel had tweeted an image from Seoul as Sabarmati riverfront, Ahmedabad.
