Facebook user OM Meena posted this video on the Facebook group ‘Dr. Kanhaiya kumar’ which has over 5 lakh members. This video was shared close to 900 times in 2021.

This video is not from Nepal. The man delivering the speech is Himachal Pradesh Congress MLA Jagat Singh Negi. Live Times TV uploaded the video on March 17, 2021. The official Facebook account ‘Indian National Congress – Himachal Pradesh‘ also posted a video of his speech made in the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly.
Negi had himself shared the video on his Facebook profile.
