(Someone who had an issue with (skull)cap was seen inside a mosque in Indore -translated). Jignesh Mevani, an independent MLA from Gujarat, tweeted an image of PM Narendra Modi wearing a skull cap on September 16, 2018 along with the aforementioned text.
