Old, unrelated video
We searched parts of the slogan on Google and found a report by DNA published on December 12, 2020. According to the report, the video is from the Balakot camp in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. This is the same place where the Indian Air Force had carried out airstrikes in 2019. The video shows sloganeering against India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
