Several parts of the country are facing severe deluge. Over 100 people have died in Assam and more than 30 have lost their lives in incidents related to heavy rainfall in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi shared photographs of flooded areas appealing to workers of her party to help those in need. Gandhi has now taken down her tweet.

Website Down to Earth used one of the images in an article published on July 18. Sentinel Assam, North East Today, newsable.asianetnews.com, The New Leam and Go News India also shared the photo in June-July.
